We live in a visual world. Buyers want to be shown how to live in a home.
Essentially you are selling a lifestyle! Ask yourself this, 'Do buyers want my lifestyle'.
If the answer is no, create it for them.

Homeowners sell for 7% more and in half the time according to reputable stastics. Why would someone with a $300K mortgage NOT spend $1000 to sell their in a month to save mortgage interest, taxes, insurance, maintenance, to sell their home sooner for a larger price?????
